Nadia Gaskins is a Connecticut-born poet who has been writing since the age of 12. Now 23, she uses poetry to explore identity, vulnerability, healing, and the complexities of the human experience. Her work has appeared in The Arts Paper and the Connecticut Student Writers Magazine, and is featured in Our Red Book by New York Times bestselling author Rachel Kauder Nalebuff. In 2023, Nadia was named Connecticut’s Youth Grand Slam Champion.  Through her writing, she hopes to create work that lingers with readers long after they’ve turned the page.
